St Claret College hosted the fourth edition of‘Resonance 2018’ – an inter-collegiate arts festival organized by the Department of Humanities on September 12, 2018. The fest echoed the philosophy that ‘Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time’. The college buzzed with excitement as thirteen colleges actively and enthusiastically participated in the events. Mr. C.S. Shanthan, Strategic Consultant of i Speak Corporate Services Pvt Ltd was the chief guest of the day. The fest began with a melodious prayer song, followed by the lightning of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries. Rev. Dr.Sabu George, Principal of St. Claret College welcomed the participants and appreciated their competitive spirit. Rev. Fr.Vineeth George, the Vice Principal, Mr. Triyoginath Pandey, HoD of Humanities, Ms. Angela Jean Mary, and Ms. Nobleyne, Faculty Co-ordinator of the Fest were Present on the occasion.Debate, Mock Press, Pick and Speak, Collage, Poetry, Picture Interpretation, Mime, Photography, Youth Parliament, Video Debate, JAM, Poster Making, Creative writing, Movie Review, Psycho Drama, Quirky and Quiz marked the gala
event. St Claret PU College bagged the overall championship trophy at the PU level, while Kristu Jayanthi College won the
same in the UG category.The Festival was a grand success in enabling the holistic development of the students and was indeed as the tagline went, ‘A Symphony of Celebrations’.
