Department of Commerce- Tourism, is a program with the twin benefits of learning Commerce and tourism. B. Com Vocational: Tourism is a dynamic and job-oriented undergraduate program spanning a period of three years. St Claret College, affiliated to Bangalore University is a highly reputed college for Tourism and Travel Management studies. Upon completion, the graduates are presented with multiple opportunities in commerce/ tourism and hospitality/management careers and higher education. The department’s tourism club is an excellent forum for the students to portray their skills, build on their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. The club ensures that events such as Tourism Week, World Tourism Day, Kite Festival and Travel Expo are well organized, thereby helping students to enhance their organizational skills.
